Here at the Curl Sanctuary, we know our new clients have looked long and hard to find someone to trust with their curls, that where the new client experience was born.

We book extra time to make sure that we understand your wants, needs, frustrations, and what your desired look is before we ever start cutting your hair.

This also includes extra time for learning your new product routine so you can achieve salon day hair even at home! 

Don’t worry, our new clients also get to take advantage of our signature Detox and Hydrate service that is included in all our cuts.  This is a treatment that will remove unwanted build-up on the hair that may be blocking essential moisture that your curls need.  Then we follow that up with a customized deep conditioner that has a bond builder and strengthening treatment added in it to help keep your curls healthy and strong.  (and beautiful, obviously)

Last but not least, we know our clients can’t achieve salon hair at home without the proper salon products.  This is why we include a cleanser, conditioner, and styler, along with a few other must-haves that you’ll love into our new client package.  These are all the foundation of what every curly client needs for bouncy beautiful curls every day

We’ve created this all-inclusive service specifically with you in mind, so you can plan and budget to get everything you’ll need to keep beautiful healthy hair after your first visit to the salon. This $100 package will be added to all services (cuts and or color) for your first visit.

We cut your hair while it’s dry, with extra care for each individual curl. Then we teach you how to cleanse, apply products and set your curls for maximum moisture– so there’s no more guessing! After your curl treatment, you’ll dry under a hood or diffuser, depending on your home method. Then we double check your hair, talk about next steps, and give you everything you need to follow the same process from home, for the same stellar curls!
